DAY 1: Nairobi- Samburu
Drive from Nairobi to Samburu 6 hours. Do an evening game drive in Samburu, Swim in the cooling waters of Buffalo springs. Visit the Samburu Communities.
DAY 2 – Samburu- Marsabit
Drive further North to Marsabit. Visit Lake Paradise, Located deep inside Marsabit National Park. Visit communities in Marsabit. Visit Hurri hills.
DAY 3 –Marsabit- North Horr
This drive will take you through Kenya’s only true Desert, Chalbi desert. You get a chance to visit communities in Maikona and Kalacha town. Visit the Kalacha Oasis as well and the Sand dunes in North Horr.
DAY 4–North Horr- Loiyangalani
Enjoy four hours’ drive on the rugged road down to Loiyangalani town located at the shores of Lake Turkana. You will get to interact with the communities around Loiyangalani Including the El molo Community
DAY 5 –Loiyangalani
Enjoy a Full day of exploring Lake Turkana Including a boat ride to South Island. The island is home to a profusion of birdlife including 34 species of European migrants most spectacularly viewed as they return home between March and May. This park is also ideal for game watching and has one of the world’s largest concentrations of crocodiles.
DAY 6 –Loiyangalani-Maralal
This day trip will take you through Mallaso view point. Known as the World End, Malaso is the green basket of Samburu. It is just some 15 kilometres off the Maralal Baragoi road, the Kirisia Hills are plunging into the Suguta Valley, creating the Malaso or World’s End Viewpoint. From the viewpoint, visitors enjoy a spectacular panoramic view over the steep dropoff into and across the Northern Rift Valley
DAY 7- Maralal – Nairobi.
This being the last day of the Safari, you will be dropped off in your Hotel or at the Airport. During this trip you will gt to Enjoy views of Mt. Longonot and spot wildlife along the Highway from Kigio Wildlife conservancy.
