How do I book a tour with Mccharles Tours & Travel?
Booking is simple! Browse our tours and destinations, select your preferred package, and contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp. We’ll discuss your requirements, customize your itinerary if needed, and guide you through the booking process. Once confirmed, we’ll send you payment details via email.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
No. A non-refundable deposit of 20–30% of the total package cost is required at booking to secure your accommodations and activities. Full payment is due 30 days before your scheduled departure date. For bookings made less than 30 days before travel, full payment is required immediately.
Is my deposit refundable?
