Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. At McCharles Tours & Travel LLC, our goal is to provide flexibility while protecting the integrity of our pre-arranged bookings and service partnerships.
1. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 20–30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure accommodations and travel activities.
2. Full Payment
Full payment is due 30 days before the scheduled departure date.
For bookings made less than 30 days before travel, full payment is required immediately to ensure efficient planning.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- More than 30 days before travel: Refund of the amount paid, minus the deposit and any non-recoverable vendor costs.
- 15–29 days before travel: 50% refund of total package (excluding deposit and unrecoverable costs).
- Less than 14 days before travel: No refund, as services will already be confirmed with partners.
4. Non-Refundable Components
Some elements of your package may be non-refundable once booked. This will be clearly stated before booking.
5. Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we will work with all stakeholders involved to reschedule your trip or issue credits where possible.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days to your original method of payment.
